Our sewer line needed to be snaked on a Saturday night. Sean came out in ten minutes and helped us out. We've had our line snaked half a dozen times in the last several years (we live on a street where tree roots often disrupt the pipes). By far the best price! Super nice and professional. The neighbors and I often compare who we use to snake and now I finally feel like we found our go-to plumber. Will absolutely use him again.

Sean arrived on time, inspected our plumbing, and reported his findings using pictures. He quoted us that night and returned 2 days later to complete the repair to the hot water pipe. He also noted that rats had damaged our condensate pipe for the AC system and that a sewage line was also leaking. We opted to have him perform those repairs also. All in all, his rates are very reasonable, we have hot water in our sink, and he is a friendly and knowledgeable person. I fully recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Sean has helped with some major problems (old house in disrepair) at a fair price. The first visit was due to a busted pipe under the house. Sean fixed that and replaced the water shut-off valve. The second visit was for an old bathroom that had not been used in 20 years. He installed a new vanity and sink, bath and shower fixtures, reset and repaired the toilet, and replaced the tub p trap. I needed it done ASAP for an appraisal and he got everything working again. I am so happy and highly recommended Vivid Plumbing.
